Speaking of One Bloor, I think the undulating balcony design here looks better so far. The pattern is just much more visually engaging. These really create a sense of motion that I don't see at One Bloor.

I think we are in a minority opinion with this one, but I agree.

I still think that One Bloor is pretty good, I just prefer this one.

It looks like they're using the same concept and style materials for the balconies as One Bloor East have.
