Wow. The tanks are floating from the building supports. A space saver I guess. What were they storing in there? I think @DSC may have mentioned something about this a few months ago. Was there a bottling line in this facility? I can’t image for filling beer kegs or wine by the barrel? Maybe whiskey by the Texas Mickey? Interesting times. Like ordering your alcohol by a slip of paper.

I’m not sure what the excavation is for. Maybe setting a new base for the park and the construction camp? They will have lots of space for construction staging. I can’t recall if there was parking planned under this section. It’s not part of the PH2 building drawings.

I was by here, yesterday, June 16th, 2023:

@mburrrrr mentioned the excavation at the south end of the site.........

It doesn't look like much.....yet.

But as I looked at the shape from ground level, it looked a bit like 2 mishapen lungs with a peninsula of land coming up the middle, which made me think of Lake Michigan and Lake Huron w/the Michigan Peninsula between them.

Which then made me think.........Pinnacle bought Lakeside.......and clearly developed an affection for the Greenland landscape features and decided to duplicate them on this parcel with a bit more creative flare.......... LOL
