That RAW / TCHC thing to the east really is giving Velocity and the U of T residence a run for worst building in the city. I think it's winning.
 
Not even slightly. Campus One takes the worst prize in a breeze, Velocity following along somewhere. Block 27 (nowhere near enough complete to make a final judgement on it) does not trigger concerns that it might be that bad.

Since Park Place I haven't seen much to like about any of the newer projects in Regent Park. Seems like the designs have fallen off.
