A giant snooze, especially right next to One Park Place. Wish this one had a different color scheme. You know...an all glass "box" wouldn't look bad here.

It's OK. Finishes look to be the same as the Park place development. The unit sizes are pretty good here.

Let's hope for better animation on Dundas Street from now on. The strip from Sackville to Regent Park Blvd is very underwhelming.

Well remember this is largely Page + Steele (now IBI). KPMB was asked to sketch something out but never got the chance to evolve or detail it.
