The blue walls with the openings at ground level look like...a BMO atm? A friend of mine involved with the Cabbagetown BIA mentionned the LCBO as one of the potential tenants to replace the rather small store further north on Parliament but maybe it was wishful thinking. Curious to see which businesses will open.
 
Ground realm has some decent detail and articulation (plus the blue wall really pops)
