Had the stars aligned, they could've just moved into that old Lamb project at 422 Wellington, which was victim to 'mysterious' fire. It would've saved a lot of time and money in getting that dungeon atmosphere going....well I guess that's answers how they're going to pull that said dungeon aesthetic off in a shiny new office complex. That is, oops...wrong building!![]()
Small clarification here - the Aire Toronto spa is not in Portland Commons. Portland Commons is a Carterra development, using land (and some air rights) acquired from Wolfe Corp . The original buildings on Wellington Street and the heritage building behind them, 510 Front Street, where the spa is located, have long been, and continue to be owned by Wolfe Corp. Nothing to do with Portland Commons at this point, other than being next door neighbours.
