May 11. The long term ongoing remedial work on building envelope deficiencies finally appears to be be complete - almost a year after substantial completion of the building.
A side note - while the new building is still completely empty (except for the commercial parking garage, which is open and in use), it appears (word on the street) that the legacy office space in the original Copp ClarkPublishing House building fronting on Wellington Street is now fully leased.

Today, we noticed that a coming soon sign had popped up on the ground floor for French (France) coffee chain Columbus Coffee - near the Front / Portland corner. Hopefully more tenants are announced soon!

Don't know how much I can say, but there will be a large office space client announced in about 9 to 12 months time. I also grabbed some pictures.
