I was explaining to my Mother the other day during her visit here that this was our second tower. The first being The CN one just across the way from it. She then said she would never visit me if I moved up there...I explained I would have to win a lottery first. And if I did, that would be last place I want to move to. I guess she still plans to visit me....and for what that's worth.

Maybe it is too optimistic or unrealistic but I still have hope these drawings are accurate and the box will be covered. In a few months we will find out. If it doesn’t happen it would be a shame but also not the end of the world. It’s still a decent building. View attachment 733524

It's been stated several times that that is an old, out-of-date, obsolete, non-applicable drawing. What was once, is no more. It's not happening. Honestly at this point I think we're all over reacting as I barely even make out the mechanical penthouse unless you're like 7 km away and even then it's unnoticeable as it's such a distance

What if it’s not topped out yet. Is that box 8.65m (28’) high now? Maybe they can add some smoke and mirrors.
