I guarantee no one thought about this. I Iived for 10 years on the 50th floor of ROCP I. Living on a high floor is cool until you cannot reach your apartment because a flood disabled the elevators, and even when they work it's a waste of time. Never again....for me though, as fantastical as this tower is in height, I can't imagine the logistics of residents getting to and fro to their floors via elevators. Or emergency crews getting to the person on the 106th floor with myocardial infarction issues in a critical time. I am sure this has all been thought out. But still, ones' patience and health will have to be optimal here the higher their units are addressed to.
