Looking oh so sleek and reflective under the evening sun (cell pics), thanks to its slender dodecahedron design (12-sided), slight upward bending nearer its summit, with some help from the lack of balconyitus, spandrelitus and mullionitus.

The top ~15 floors are 3.25m less slab thickness so ~10’
The bulk of the floors are 2.95m so ~9’
The 5 or so “mechanical” floors for horizontal pipe runs, ducts and equipment are 3.65m.

Water (fire) main work continues.

I thought were a few Silva cells in this area. Maybe temporary work or re-work or re-rework?

There were indeed silva cells....until they were hacked up for the watermain/sewer project. That street's been hacked up 100 times over in one way or another, I dont know what the obsession has been.

...for me though, as fantastical as this tower is in height, I can't imagine the logistics of residents getting to and fro to their floors via elevators. Or emergency crews getting to the person on the 106th floor with myocardial infarction issues in a critical time. I am sure this has all been thought out. But still, ones' patience and health will have to be optimal here the higher their units are addressed to.
