Hope is that is just for visual purpose on the elevation drawing but the tower should have a glass crown/parapet

The fact that it looks so massive and hasn't even hit the 300 m mark yet is insane I still say I would love to see the third phase get another height bump and be called cloud Tower

The highlighted floor is the one that was added on their last height increase

No.

That elevation drawing is from when they added the 106th floor so its highlighted as part of the change.

I had to manually check the elevation drawings I previously downloaded of Sky Tower, which indicate what @interchange42 said in mid-September:

This tower will hit 300 metres about halfway up from the 96th floor slab to the 97th floor slab.

@Contra's diagram indicates they are pouring the 95th floor right now.

I am not sure the debate of that being the final has been settled. I guess we'll see when they reach the crown.
