It appears they are finally starting to add new cladding panels. (See red boxes below) Very exciting. Really adds a nice design element to the building.

Also curious whether the curved balcony glass will continue above the podium (which also has the curved glass)
or change to faceted panels on the next level up.

Likely yes. While the rendering is a bit blurry, I seem to see the curved balcony glass up those corner units...

You can already see the curved balcony glass on the lower level. So it’s safe to say we’ll see that same glass throughout
