A balcony on the 88th floor! Can you just imagine the wind at that height? Would it not be enough to lift you over the glass? Perhaps a higher glass balcony would be in order.Still at level 87
The next level 88 will be the last balcony level
The taper started at level 79.

Yes, you would certainly not find me out on one! Maybe they should provide safety harnesses or parachutes!C

Don't expect it anytime soon. The condo market is total garbage now. When will the Phase 3 tower start being built? CTBUH says it will start in 2025 and be completed in 2030 but I think that that's outdated.
We had a balcony on the 18th floor at Church and Yonge facing Rosedale Valley Road and the ravine....it was crazy windy some days. No... you could not stand or even go out onto the balcony some days. Grant it was a NE corner 50ft long. Pretty sure our couch was a handy addition to some encampment in the ravine. Yes...we tied the furniture down.C

Damn it I missed the opening to make comments to the city about this at the CoA. I dont mind the height increase at all, it's the damn monstrous podium of Phase 3 that's still the big issue. It's far too imposing, and it just casts an unnecessary shadow on the plaza, not to mention the amenities for those in Phase 1 and 2.Height approved.
