I love the height and location, but I don't know why I'm not loving the design as much as CIBC Square. Feel like this wont age well. The previous version looked better.

Unpopular opinion but if they are tearing down the Toronto Star building they should actually put low rises in matching to the style of one young and use the three towers as the focal point rather than blocking it with another large tower

Now that the TO Star building is surrounded by contemporary towers it seems to have more personality. 70's Buldings like the TO Star can be seen from Walla Walla to Saskatoon however the late 60's and 70's represent an important era.
