Probably cause one bloor West is a very distinct 1 tower complex not 3 similar designs

Yup. Probably right. And more interesting design I guess.
Again, I find it so funny that it took us 50 years to build something that passes FCP and then within a few months we build something that passes that.

Interesting how the balcony glass looks better and truer to renderings from a distance. I still think it could have been so much better, but it is passable in these shots.

no photos but on the ramp that takes you from the 401 to the 403 you can very much see the building from there, from all the way there it looks asif the structure has hit about 250m (it legit looks like the scaffolding and logo is sitting on top of all those 230~240m condos at the waterfront). I’d say we’re at 255~265 meters based off that

I think it’s safe to say that this is the most standout tower on the waterfront now..
