Kotsy posted a good pic, but it's still a bit underwhelming (other pics don't show as well).

The wave pattern on the balcony glass was looking good today in the direct sunlight.

I'm going to wait until we have about 20 levels complete of full balcony fit out before I pass my judgment I don't think they are planning on leaving the slabs as just raw concrete above and judging by the way the glass was screened it could be a case of needing other steps to happen before the final product can show

The 80th? Where does it say that starts a VIP section? And as for the lounge, Pinnacle's submission said the lounge would be for all residents - in fact, it pointedly stated that the upper floors' residents shouldn't be the only ones with access to the great views

Somebody mentioned a while back that Pinnacle now said the lounge was only for residents on the 80th floor and above, despite having stated it would be open to all residents earlier. I didn't buy a unit, so I have no stakes here nor do I know whether the matter has been clarified.

This was all announced when they got the extra floor to go to 106 stories they increased the ceiling heights of the uppermost floors by .3 m I think it was

Maybe they rented this space to Sugar Wharf Phase 2 because I have no idea what they are doing after leveling the south end of the lot, adding some containers and moving stuff around.
