I guess they like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. Those slow moving BMUs!
Phase 1 - first window washing picture I have.

They were moving up to finish 79 and start level 80 today. No picture.

Yesterday level 79

Could it be levelling for a drilling rig? Sloping for better drainage? Repaving? Dog Park? Patio? City bikes?

Looks like one very very small shoring rig. :)

Level 80 today

So the second picture has a vibratory compactor not a drilling rig but given the amount of compaction that they are currently doing in the area it looks like we may start to see progress on phase three and no one is happier than me 🥰😛

Can Phase 3 actually start until Harbour/Lake Shore are relocated????
I don’t see why not. This has come up before and I thought the issue was related to water and sewer work (on Lake Shore?) needed to be done first. Maybe this specific work has been done? I thought @interchange42 posted something about this a few years ago.
Maybe they didn’t want to start phase 3 until there were no road blocks to the final completion.

I think they'll want to wait for the market to return, unless Phase 3 is suddenly switching to rental tenure, but they can build without Downes Street opening and the Lake Shore ramp being removed. The pipes, I dunno about.

Does anyone know how the sales here have gone so far Pinnacle is kind of an outlier and it seems that they don't really put much worry into the market and build more and speculation than anything which isn't always a good idea but gives us some pretty good buildings

...but they're doing something there to that respective lot though. Or is it another laydown space for Ontario Line? 🙀
