18 Duncan? I couldn't seem to find a building at 18 Duncan. Unless you're talking about 19 Duncan, and if you are, it's very hard to find a flaw in that building.Reminds me of how 18 Duncan finished off. Just a concrete stump of a hat on top
This will be one of the most iconic buildings in Toronto and probably Canada in the near future. I hope they do right by it.I really hope they cover up the mechanical floors.. looks terrible as shown with that protrusion.
They are referring to the giant mechanical box on the roof of that building, if you ask me it’s pretty ugly so I see how it’s a flaw18 Duncan? I couldn't seem to find a building at 18 Duncan. Unless you're talking about 19 Duncan, and if you are, it's very hard to find a flaw in that building.

It’s also called Toronto house
Okay, well...it's a pretty minor flaw. I never even noticed it and outside of that mechanical box, most people will tell you that has to be one of the nicest buildings in the city.
It mean, it has gotta be the $$$.....not sure why they can't shape it to the rest of the building if they're going to leave it exposed.
I agree, it’s a beautiful building. I honestly kind of like the box on the top lolOkay, well...it's a pretty minor flaw. I never even noticed it and outside of that mechanical box, most people will tell you that has to be one of the nicest buildings in the city.
