This is all cool, but I, always in a rush, am looking forward to the ground-breaking of Tower 2.
No. The third tower that hasn’t yet started will be Tower 2Tower 3*
Tower 3*
He’s right, oddly enough the towers are named Prestige, SkyTower, and tentatively the remaining three are Tower 2, Tower 4, and Tower 5.No. The third tower that hasn’t yet started will be Tower 2
The mobile crane being assembled tonight is for the rooftop chiller replacement of 10 Yonge Street. It's not related to the Pinnacle construction. Interesting to watch though!Looks like there is a new crane going up tonight. They have yonge street shutdown from harbour to queens quay and a lot of lifting cranes as well as crane parts are on the road.
...now that puts it between The St .Regis Chicago and Aon Tower, making it 4th tallest if this where built in Chi-town. And assuming the application is accepted.
I assume these are towers at the 350 metre mark across the world. I am surprised there's only 23 of those with a few put on hold. Here is where Sky Tower will place among the worlds tallest skyscrapers: https://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?searchID=108537049
'The STRAT'? Are you kidding me... who in the heck thought that would make for a good name change? Here is where Sky Tower will place among the worlds tallest skyscrapers: https://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?searchID=108537049
Down at the bottom left of the page is the search form. I whittled down the number of tall buildings in the Height section... these are only the towers between 350 and 355 metres.I assume these are towers at the 350 metre mark across the world. I am surprised there's only 23 of those with a few put on hold.

Wow, If i had only seen this elevation, I would have thought this thing would turn out hideous! Shows what good finishes (curtain wall, better integrated balconies) do to the design of a building. This updated elevation drawing may help you out!

Good Point! While this bump in height is great, it doesn't look like the architectural parapet is being extended by any meaningful amount compared to the previous version, unless I'm mistaken. Instead, we're getting a large protruding mechanical level at the top, like the one at First Canadian Place. Will have to see additional elevations, but it doesn't look like it blends that seamlessly into the existing design, which is unfortunate, given it will be seen from quite a few vantage points across the city.
