Looks like there is a new crane going up tonight. They have yonge street shutdown from harbour to queens quay and a lot of lifting cranes as well as crane parts are on the road.
The mobile crane being assembled tonight is for the rooftop chiller replacement of 10 Yonge Street. It's not related to the Pinnacle construction. Interesting to watch though!

I assume these are towers at the 350 metre mark across the world. I am surprised there's only 23 of those with a few put on hold.
Down at the bottom left of the page is the search form. I whittled down the number of tall buildings in the Height section... these are only the towers between 350 and 355 metres.

This updated elevation drawing may help you out!

While this bump in height is great, it doesn't look like the architectural parapet is being extended by any meaningful amount compared to the previous version, unless I'm mistaken. Instead, we're getting a large protruding mechanical level at the top, like the one at First Canadian Place. Will have to see additional elevations, but it doesn't look like it blends that seamlessly into the existing design, which is unfortunate, given it will be seen from quite a few vantage points across the city.

Good Point!
