Sales centre is in the Toronto star building though. Are they going to build a separate one?

There's no doubt they are fencing off the phase one site. It's in the site plan application.

I presume they'll keep as much of the parking lot as possible by phase? Seems like a decent opportunity to bring in a *small* amount of cash.

More work on the fence this week. It appears to be 12ft high. These were taken today, 9ish, 1ish and 4ish. They will likely finish today with the white panels. These panels appear to be 4x8 sheets of plywood pre painted white. But I haven’t looked at them closely, just from 500 ft away.
