TBM progress update from yesterday:

Two things to note are the long white box with the dark grey rectangle on the top in each frame to see how far it's gone and you can also see the end of the TBM close to the right side of the frame

Just for clarity as someone who checks in once in a while as an occasional user of this station, those white posts are part of the structure for the future station (ie. Permanent and not to be later removed)?

Will the Exhibition Station on the Ontario Line 3 be centre platform, side platforms, or "Spanish solution" platforms"? Haven't seen a clear diagram of the station.
No, you need only look closely at the main image of the project page to see the track configuration.

Yes it is permanent, see track level renders:
This is what they’ll look like at platform level:

Thanks!

They're moving quite quickly on this. I know we're still many years off from completion, but with the opening of the station so far in the future, I didn't expect do start seeing permanent structures yet.

I imagine that part of the reason is that there's little underground work beyond the foundation, and the remaining work is above ground.

It will be nice to see the station grow in size each time I come down for a concert or something.

I was wondering how to think about what we're seeing now vs. the eventual scale/size.

From this drawing, it looks like the current truss structure / \/ \ is one of three it'll be in length.

I wonder if we got the West most, middle or East most section? And I assume we should be getting one more section to the North where the OL platform will be.

Your photos suggest middle.

2 more, 4 total across 3 pairs of tracks (see: fencepost problem).
