It looks nice in that picture, but most of the time, it's filled with garbage, because there are no proper garbage cans in sight.
Also, being next to a grocery store, people buy food at the store, take it a short distance away, have a picnic, and then leave their trash everywhere, even if it contains half finished chicken wings and bones, half consumed drink bottles, etc. Great for raccoons.

Not capped at ends, so maybe pipe?

Cool! This would appear to be for the tail tracks as the station doesn’t reach this side of the Loblaws driveway.

Pretty sure you’re looking at the green filter fabric on the fence. It is funny looking how it falls off to the left.

Funny that I'm seeing this now - I did a double take when I saw a truck carrying these massive rebar cages on the Gardiner the other day and figured the only possible place they could be going was an Ontario Line construction site - glad to know I was right.

But yeah holy mother of caissons
