It does feel like the architecture standard was raising in the city right before the condo market died unfortunately. 1BW, forma, 1 Yonge, KING, 50 Scollard, this. At least we're getting all of these
Especially with the new College Park proposal... fingers crossed that gets built as it is a true world-class city defining project

The downturn might help the design and quality of future buildings as well because people will be more choosey with what they buy and developers will improve materials in order to market the buildings
