^Nice. As for the exterior design, generally beautiful and striking (much more so that One Bloor, imo), but the tapering is too pronounced. The building becomes far too broad towards the bottom, and then there's this interesting diagonal overhang at the base. I tend towards loving 270 Park Ave. in the main, but it is uncomplimentarily shaped like a Christmas tree. Its most obvious analogue is the Sears Tower.
Perhaps more so 875 North Michigan Ave, with the taper and the cross bracing. Too bad 270 Park Ave didn't end up with twin antennas.

Great assembly @Koops65 !

I got 'scraper-geeked when I counted nearly 100 ... 200 metre+ towers (11 are just a metre or three below the benchmark). They will all be built within my nephew's lifetime.
