Perhaps more so 875 North Michigan Ave, with the taper and the cross bracing. Too bad 270 Park Ave didn't end up with twin antennas.^Nice. As for the exterior design, generally beautiful and striking (much more so that One Bloor, imo), but the tapering is too pronounced. The building becomes far too broad towards the bottom, and then there's this interesting diagonal overhang at the base. I tend towards loving 270 Park Ave. in the main, but it is uncomplimentarily shaped like a Christmas tree. Its most obvious analogue is the Sears Tower.
This and Pinnacle One Yonge are going to have a sort of John Hancock - Sears Tower effect on our skyline, with Concord Sky eventually playing the Tr*mp Tower part.
seems no movement since last Friday.
