This makes no sense, as the height increase was already approved by council and doesn’t need approval again.

96 will never happen as planning wasn’t supportive of their original ask for 94, which is how the 91 came about.

Also what I don't understand is, he saying the reason the mechanical floors are so close is so Tridel can try and get the building taller. They are simply building on the the original blue prints that had the mechanical like that before the height approval. It's not like Tridel said "let's build these mechanical floors close on the chance we make the building taller".
