The main elevator stops at 83. The top level of the 2 storey occupied PH unit is on 84. The private outdoor terrace and vestibules (circular stairs and three level private elevators) are on 85.
The tuned mass damper room is on 85 in the core.
The roof of the TMDR is 305.6m
I guess the columns continue to 308m (not at full height yet)
Do I have that correct? Not that much more complicated work left up top.
Based on the August 2018 drawings. Dejavu. Am I working from wrong data - again.

That seems right. The plans pdf I have shows sub-penthouses (2 units on each floor) on 79-81, then the three level penthouses (4 of them) on 82-84. Private terraces for the penthouses, and the TMD on 85. Not sure if this has changed in order to add more/smaller units.

I thought the minor variance originally said up to 84 where the units would be sliced and diced. I could be wrong though.
