If you've already read our front page story (posted 42 minutes ago or so as of this posting), it has since been updated with this:

When UrbanToronto contacted Tridel on whether the purchase agreements made under the previous ownership would be honoured under the new ownership, they responded saying 'Tridel is currently working on a transition plan for the community, which is not expected to be completed for a number of months.
