It could be one of those popup spots like the corner of King and Berkeley. Spirit Halloween in October, H&R Block in April, let other places set up shop for a month at a time. Could be great fun.
 
If you've already read our front page story (posted 42 minutes ago or so as of this posting), it has since been updated with this:

When UrbanToronto contacted Tridel on whether the purchase agreements made under the previous ownership would be honoured under the new ownership, they responded saying 'Tridel is currently working on a transition plan for the community, which is not expected to be completed for a number of months. Once complete, purchasers will be contacted directly."​

Sorry if this has been answered already, but is the project no longer called "The One"? Asking due the fact the name of thread changed as well as the project name in the data base.
