I haven't posted in a while but here are a few I took today through my dirty windows:

@BloorMan speaking of dirty windows, how often do they clean the windows? I moved a couple levels below you and they are filthy. Makes me wonder if they were ever cleaned!

All the major banks are already down the street, I guess it's Apple or nothing. Eh, whatever.

They could bring back the Bloor Danforth line and make The One's retail space center around a nice metro station, like the Westfield World Trade Center mall!

I’m not a usual Starbucks drinker but I’ve visited two Starbucks Reserve locations and they’re a really great experience. This space would be great for one.

Considering they're currently building an external eastern entrance, I doubt that'd even be considered right now.

Added: Looking at the current station box and the alignment of the Bloor line, it'd be really far away from where the actual trains run, making for a long hallway just to get to your ride.

Definitely looks like we have the first floor of the final stack pending tridel making everyone's year

Can only hope, the proportions are so much better with extra height.

Exciting and yet sad to be entering this final phase. The last six residential floors should be done early April. And then maybe three months to do the crown levels, because it’s The One and nothing is easy or quick.
So the beginning of July concrete work should be finished?

Our unit is on the 40th floor and the receiver is telling us occupancy in 2027. Seems like a long time if structural is complete in July 2025.

Did the receiver specifically say occupancy in 2027? I read it as "completion" in mid 2027 (but this was a while back so I could easily be mistaken)...to me I took it to mean that the condo will register as a condo corp in mid 2027. Usually we would have interim occupancy before that date...im guessing sometime in 2026 we should get our units? Im on floor 46.
The other side of it might be that none of the end users/investors have been able to pick materials for finishes yet as the final decision on whether or not to honour our original agreements has not been yet determined...could this potentially delay interim occupancy once its decided?

Lovely, that's shot across the street from my street (to the south), but it FEELS like it's downtown. Very cool effect.

I had to pick up a few groceries at one of the stores on the north side and this is what I saw when I came outside. Cell phone cameras are pretty amazing these days!

And I guess we're neighbours then! I'm also south of Danforth, a bit west of the park
