Our unit is on the 40th floor and the receiver is telling us occupancy in 2027. Seems like a long time if structural is complete in July 2025.Exciting and yet sad to be entering this final phase. The last six residential floors should be done early April. And then maybe three months to do the crown levels, because it’s The One and nothing is easy or quick.
So the beginning of July concrete work should be finished?
Did the receiver specifically say occupancy in 2027? I read it as "completion" in mid 2027 (but this was a while back so I could easily be mistaken)...to me I took it to mean that the condo will register as a condo corp in mid 2027. Usually we would have interim occupancy before that date...im guessing sometime in 2026 we should get our units?
