Given the cars in the image and the fact that Manulife is about a third the way up there, I'd say this is late 1972 / early 1973.

i love that theres a sign that says uptown. this is no longer uptown.

also, directly to the left of the pic, i love 1BE and understand the need for density but i'll forever miss Roy Sq.

Looks like we are structurally past the 2nd mechanical. We must be closing in on 150m height. I will wait in anticipation to see how the 1st mechanical cladding is treated...
