This is a nice building. Looks great in person. Would be so much better to have this copy and pasted all along major avenues like Lawerence, York Mills, Sheppard and Finch. Can’t build anymore condos on Eglinton though, the LRT is already over capacity.

How can the LRT be over capacity when the thing hasnt even smelt the light of day in service?
