I'm liking this. Looks good, things are starting to get a lot more interesting in the entertainment district. Glad it doesn't obstruct m/g. I do sorta wish one side was taller than the other, a little more asymmetry.

The issues and design review listed at the end of the document don't exactly look promising for the proposal.
 
Okay, so, with Bisha going up at the end of the street, with the shoring going on at King Blue, if this development goes ahead Mercer St. will be intense.
