Those tiny corner balconies make the building look unfinished with the inconsistent jagged corners, and it looks like some of the faceted black panels are still missing (I don’t know if this is intentional). Those balconies are less than 30 sq.ft. (no room for furniture) and with a giant black panel blocking part of your view, I think it would have been better to eliminate those useless balconies and create a sleeker and more elegant building envelope. It just looks clumsy.
