Ugh hate this building more. Especially after seeing them lay brick by hand on Goode.

31 is just an oversized cheap ass build everyone cheered on in the name of the housing crisis.

Developers got their extra floors, cashed their cheques and now look to finish everything with tissue paper quality. Bravo. Sure glad they MZO’d us out of the Triangle Lands planning for this.
 
...I think they cheapened it to the point where they're a degree away from having built the whole thing with styrofoam. /sigh

FYI looked into it this AM because I was curious - the Architect of Record is IBI - not currently in the db. Was assuming it was G+C - this building's massing and materials approach is virtually identical to The Taylor at King/Spadina.
 
The brick precast looks really cheap next to the beautiful brickwork next door. I guess this building's only saving grace is it’s clad in brick precast the whole way up, so it should look good from a distance at least.
