And to be fair though, there where...er, several stoppages with the building next to this under the same owners. So naturally folks are going to feel a bit nervous when no activity is apparent here. >.<

That is certainly true and I know Parks have a (very well deserved) reputation for lethargy and missed deadlines BUT there are some among us who invariably think the worst at the first sign of something (or nothing) happening. Large projects are usually implemented by multiple crews and it is totally unreasonable to expect them to seamlessly follow each other like lemmings!

There were half a dozen men and machines working on the lane at like 5PM yesterday. Work is ongoing.
