It would be really neat if they preserved that tiny sliver of remaining streetcar track poking out near the sidewalk at the northern end of the property as a quirky hint of the site's past use and would cost nothing.

Of course, because it's a cool idea, it obviously won't happen.

Good question, I was wondering the same. I assume it'll be a surface lot. I am glad that this is finally underway and filling in this part of the urban fabric.

A portion of it backing out on the center will be a public park. I saw the plans somewhere, will post them when I find them again.
