Off hand, you are looking at M5 been top off about a year from now while M 4 is about 60 weeks from now, That place it about 2 month after M5, depending on the podium of M5 to the point that both are top off about the same time.

Nice, it's almost at grade. As an aside, any thoughts on why M4's been seemingly "stuck" on the third floor for several weeks now?

These podium floors are huge and complicated. It typically takes 6-8 weeks to do them.

Edit: they are probably 4x the size of the floor plate for the tower.
