...I mean, we should be free to give anyone the suspicious glance if they claim to have purchased a unit on the 82nd floor of this tower then. 🙀

Some pictures from my recent site visit/measure:

Well, we don't know about the floor number assignments yet. Maybe no -4s, no 13? If those were all gone, someone on the actual 77th floor could have a unit numbered 8601, so a 74th floorer might believe they live on the 82nd.

^...what they should do is include floors #4 and 13 with units at a cut rate price, simply to demonstrate that those living on those floors will likely have the same life expectancy and a probability of bad luck as anyone else living in that tower. And in that way they don't have to be so obtuse and disingenuous in floor numbering and claims, IMO.

They might also skip only 4 and 13. My building was finished a couple years ago and we don't have 4 or 13, but we have 24 and 34.

There are lots of buildings that keep the numbers. Brad Lamb told me years ago that he didn't have any extra trouble selling suites on those floors, and he didn't drop the price for them. Every developer decides on their own, and I don't know what the case is for this building...

...other than that they are claiming a certain number of floors that the building certainly doesn't have.

I’d live on the 13th floor. But house number 666 is a bit much for me.

I wouldn't mind living on those floors.
