Now if they remove the rainbow tunnel on the DVP that will be the two landmarks I always looked out for going downtown as a kid.

Can you see the rainbow tunnel going south? I think you can see it going north.

I wonder if they will redo the just newly redone Lower Don trail here to widen it once all the bridge remnants are gone.

As far as I could see, they stopped the repaving just north of the ex-bridges . I assume they will widen the path in that area now the bridges are gone.

I’m sure the barge is still there. Couldn’t make it to Eastern. This was the turnaround point on my dog walk today.
The old overhead to under ground tower by the river just to the left outside of this picture was still there. I heard from the Sherbourne TS work crew that one of two new under ground feeds are powered. They should be clear to take the down the remaining towers from the Don to Sherbourne in the next few months after the second feeder is powered.
Boat/crane/jet ski/ATV/large boulder and Forma cladding storage. Okay, maybe Forma storage is in the adjacent lot.

Lots of images today! The first is of the 3CC lot where the Gehry prototype is but now there is a fence going up. Separate? Also the park on the south side of Lemon is getting sculpted in an interesting way and will have great views of the skyline. The promenade and Allée on the south side of Commissioners is very clear now as is the large lawn on the west side of the Don on the same street. Taken 10 December.
