How many students is this supposed to house? It's probably in the thread somewhere but I'm too lazy to look for it right now.

I think most of that neighbourhood ringed by Main, Forsyth, King and Dalewood will eventually become university property (just a personal inkling). I imagine people living in homes on the north side of Traymore have more reason to sell now.
