For those who did not like the hydro tower next to this building will be happy to known Hydro One is removing it. It has already removed the one at TTC station and replace it with two poles supporting 3 lines each as well placing two at Dundas that are no taller than 3 floors of the podium. TTC north parking lot next to the tower and the building is currently fence off for the removal of the tower.
Hydro One is rebuilding this powerline and replacing the old ones with new ones. The two Dundas poles with the 3 lines will see those line connect to a new tower north of Dundas once the new footings are in place. The tower is on site in sections at this time with all new towers in the corridor.
The building itself is at the 4th floor at this time and it bust be for parking with the lack of windows in it so far.

It’s gonna be kinda jarring to have this skyscraper next to a field of nothing on its right and a station to the back, and another skyscraper on its left

How is the time line looking now? Centrecourt seems to be running way behind in all of its projects, hope they will sustain in the market..

They are on 7/50. Knowing Centrecourt this project is probably complete by end of next year and move ins probably start 2/3 quarter of 2026
