Those things are unlikely to slow it too much, but that occupancy date is way, way too agressive.Hi, looking at current speed of construction and geopolitical situations regarding tariffs, recession etc, what is the time line we are looking at for completion of this building? The current occupancy says Jan/feb2026.
Thanks a lot for ur reply, I m a first time buyer in this project, but 50 stories building top out in 12 months? Sounds like inferior quality and rushed construction though. Those things are unlikely to slow it too much, but that occupancy date is way, way too agressive.
Luckily Centrecourt is generally the fastest builder in the industry as they run 12 hour day construction schedules vs. most builders who do 8 hour shifts, but this is likely looking at a completion in late 2026 at the earliest even considering that. They will be lucky to top out by mid 2026, then will need another 4-6 months to finish up.
Impossible for a January 2026 and more like a 2027 move in date considering this is 50s plus a mechanical roof and they are only at the 3rd floor now. Rule of thumb is a floor a week depending on the weather and time of year. You have 29 weeks left for this year putting the tower at 32 level and to get to the 50th level you are looking at about May 2026 and June for the mechanical roof. You maybe lucky to see move in start by year end of 2026. depending what floor they want to start with first.Hi, looking at current speed of construction and geopolitical situations regarding tariffs, recession etc, what is the time line we are looking at for completion of this building?
