Level 4 cladding and glazing on the King Street facade. With much of the interior courtyard and the west wall Level 4 curtain wall now done, once the King Street side has been finished that would basically leave the south facade which in the past has been much faster than the other walls.. Hopefully Level 4 will be substantially complete by the end of October.

I feel like this one is going to end up being more controversial than I would have expected, sort of like the ROM crystal.

Personally I was hesitant when I saw the first cladding, but now that I've seen a few levels of it stacked and the cubes take shape - I love it. It's unique, high quality, makes you stop and look. Even if no greenery happens (though I hope it does), I think this building will be iconic.
I think the ROM crystal went crazy with the cladding as with the design. Here though, the cladding is much more reserved...so I suspect a lot less controversy when all is said and done.
