This is by far Marlin Spring's best build by a country mile, i'm very surprised they executed anywhere close to good stuff here.

I'll give credit where credit is due, this is a good one. Now only if they could take this and replicate it among the rest of their underwhelming and sad portfolio...
 
Ahh and there's the standard Marlin Spring nasty cladding we've been waiting for on the mechanical box! I dont know why they're so infatuated with this exact cladding that they've used on virtually all of their projects.

Overall this is by far their best looking build, but i'm not surprised that they went and messed things up a bit with that roof clad.
 
It's overall pretty sharp (especially for Marlin Spring), but it also really falls down on the east side. This is the view from Dora Ave; i realize a crash wall is required facing the railway tracks, but this blank white treatment is pretty grim. Even just continuing the brick panels would have been preferable. Maybe one day we can get a mural here.
