In other areas, does it matter if an application has spelling mistakes and/or is that something they tend to like to fix? I just noticed "prarking" was written twice.

In this case, the mistake is data entry at the Toronto Buildings end of things..........so no, the proponent would not end up with any issues here, the mistake will likely be corrected, but there's no real issue.

In general, spelling mistakes or the like even at a proponent end, while it doesn't look good, are generally not an issue with some exceptions, so long as they don't substantively alter the meaning of something.

Put another way as long as everyone understands its a mistake and what mistake it is.........it should be fine. But an error that results in something being built wrong, or illegally is different.

Zoning by-laws and road plans often get technical edits that actually have to go through Council; but a typical spelling mistake would not.
