I have carved off two new threads (database files coming shortly) for the first redevelopment block here: Block F. It is in the southwest corner of the site… which puts it on the northeast corner of Eglinton and Vic Park. Two threads because the block will be split in two; on the eastern half — F1 — a 46-storey rental tower rising from a multi-use podium, and on the western half — F2 — two condo towers growing out of a shared multi-use podium. Click on the links above to see those threads. This thread will remain for the overall site.

I believe that the settlement offer was finalized, as Choice REIT fulfilled the settlement conditions.

Not sure if they'd still have to wait for the general OPA 499 (Golden Mile Secondary Plan) Appeal to be finalized or if they could go ahead with the building permits.

Good god the glass shelter design on Line 5 stations right next to slushy and salty traffic was a terrible idea. Should have been centre island platforms all the way

In other areas, does it matter if an application has spelling mistakes and/or is that something they tend to like to fix? I just noticed "prarking" was written twice.
