Metrolinx issued a Construction Notice indicating start of construction for the Greenway. "To support construction of the new Davenport Diamond Greenway, crews will begin site preparation activities in several areas, including clearing, grubbing, sediment control, excavation, tree protection, and vegetation trimming or removal."

I don't have a great angle but some digging work has begun on the Greenway. This is just North of Dupont.

Given we can't polish off a transit project with a predictable timeline, sure as heck can't offer a date on a public realm project.

What a joke - the public realm part should've been open just a few months later after the Diamond Exchange was open for locomotives.

They can definitely open segments of the path, but given the progress on RailPath, I’m not confident they’ll finish it before 2030.

As someone keen on plants.............. when reading @adityat 's post..... I was incredibly impressed that after years of thought into the landscaping details here.......they've narrowed the choices to Trees, Shrubs and Flowers!
