I think investors who plan to make money by renting them out would care about the layout, since a good layout will be easier to rent out. But most condo buyers are unsophisticated speculators who mostly plan to make money through never-ending appreciation.

I hope they learned their lessons. I don't feel sorry for people who are just looking to make a quick buck.

Not to burst a hopeful bubble here, I do not believe there any plans to make the reflective surface Iridescent on this and the other tower. Nor have I seen the hoarding colour scheme or artwork reflect (no pun intended) what actually goes up on the building under construction it’s promoting..
 
Wow the tower floorplates look so small how many units per floor? It looks like only 4 or 5 units can fit on a floor just by looking at these recent images!?
