Yes, a la St.Clair ROW and Queenway ROW style."streetcar level service" even though the LRT will operate in dedicated space?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Metrolinx has confirmed that it will not be operating with full transit priority. Also, the context is very similar when you compare it with St.Clair West except that stop spacing in this case is wider. Those are exceptions when referring to “streetcar service.” The context is also very dissimilar, urban small blocks vs suburban larger blocks. Line 5 is also expected to operate with full transit priority and much larger trains.

Introducing the new 534 Eglinton Streetcar!Except it won't have full transit priority buddy. I'm sorry

What's wrong with streetcar level service? Even downtown main streets don’t have dedicated ROW. This is a huge improvement over bus service.Unfortunately, residents will be getting streetcar level service until they reach either Kennedy in the east, or Science Centre in the west. Still much better than the current bus service, but the city is inept and wont let this line operate to its fullest potential.
Another site to watch for development is the Scotiabank campus that's nearby since apparently there's a potential sale/lease back in play.
Ask residents who live along Spadina, Lake Shore Blvd West, and St.Clair for starters what's wrong with streetcar service. They'll give you a nice list of issues. What's wrong with streetcar level service? Even downtown main streets don’t have dedicated ROW. This is a huge improvement over bus service.
I'm amazed that I can agree with you on one thread and disagree with you so much on another thread. As an Eglinton resident I am perfectly happy with my future LRT. As a former Scarborough resident I resented so many bus routes being routed through STC needlessly. The surface section of Eglinton, and the in-progress section of Finch West, will have a higher tier service compared to Spadina / St Clair / Lakeshore.
Transit priority would be nice to have, but even without it, a much wider stop spacing on Eglinton and Finch will result in a better speed.
We don't need to be too concerned about accidents in the surface section affecting the line's reliability. Those kind of things are not frequent; on the other hand, fully grade-separate lines are not completely immune to accidents. It's not like the Yonge subway line never has service disruptions.
