As of yet I have not noticed any progress. I saw some furniture being loaded into a truck the other day. That's it. Unless there are things inside happening that you can't see from Jarvis.

There are trucks parked out front every day. The Hilton Garden Inn signs are still up, but aren't illuminated.

Update: there's fencing and a ProGreen Demolition trailer at the front now. It's also the first day I've walked past and every light has been off inside.

Interesting! I did some googling and think I found it before the re-cladding in this picture. Seems it was always an ugly building.

Hoarding is being installed around the whole building today.

There is at least one broken window and you can see that interior demo is well underway. Lots of hanging debris when you look through the windows.

Looks like they will start with taking down the lower level on the north side. They have also cut large holes on the upper floors, presumably to throw out material.
