My sister and her husband stayed there for a month when it was practically brand new. I guess it wasn't so bad then - their main issue was the overcrowded lobby and long wait for elevators, and I think you have to transfer to a second set of elevators (5th floor?) to get to your unit.Apparently this building is just the worst to live in.
